Assess one defined procurement scope at a time: a supplier or proposed supply route, named domains, a launch catalogue and an intended audience. Do not combine one supplier’s permissions with another supplier’s performance results.
For every question:
- A = 0 points: unknown or unsupported.
- B = 1 point: an assumption, informal assurance or preliminary work.
- C = 2 points: meaningful evidence, but incomplete coverage or unresolved work.
- D = 3 points: documented and checked for the proposed scope.
Choose the highest answer you can support in full today. Where you fall between answers, choose the lower one. If you cannot retrieve the evidence, do not award yourself points for remembering that it probably exists.
A documented finding that a particular obligation does not apply can support a D answer; an unchecked “not applicable” cannot. No question may be skipped or removed from the denominator.
Keep three decisions separate:
| Decision | What this quiz asks you to establish | Recommended evidence |
|---|---|---|
| Permission | May we publish these games in this way to this audience? | Written grant, supplier-authority evidence and scope schedule |
| Availability | Do these games work in the environments we tested? | Dated launch records, device details and observed outcomes |
| Legal suitability | Have the audience, promotions and data flows been reviewed? | Applicability assessment, implemented controls and unresolved-issue register |
