22. How do I verify that demo slots are available to US visitors?

Obtain a contractual territory statement and test permitted locations separately. A successful launch from one location does not establish nationwide permission or nationwide availability. Supplier services may apply geographic restrictions; Slots Launch expressly acknowledges provider restrictions affecting access from certain countries. (slotslaunch.com)

Maintain a territory record with:

  • Permitted and excluded locations stated by the supplier.
  • Whether restrictions operate at country, state, network or account level.
  • The source and date of the statement.
  • Tested location, browser, device and outcome.
  • The message shown when access is denied.
  • The operator destinations and promotions presented alongside the demo.

Do not equate availability of the demo with authorisation of a linked wagering service. Michigan’s regulator, for example, maintains lists of authorised online gaming operators and distinguishes them from unlicensed services. (michigan.gov)

Run tests only through permitted locations and methods. If a supplier cannot support a required region, document the gap rather than proposing a workaround that defeats its controls.

For visitors outside the approved scope, the recommended fallback is a clear unavailable message, continued access to lawful editorial material and no automatic redirection to an unapproved operator.
